VINYASA AND HATHA FLOW YOGA

Surrender to Your Mat

All of our flow classes encourage you to dive deeper into your practice. The focus is on alignment, breath and easefully moving from one asana (yoga pose) to the next. Kerrie has a welcoming and nurturing approach and creates a safe, supportive space which aims to inspire you to be you and glow from the inside out!

You will be guided through everything you need to know, so classes are suitable for complete beginners as well as the more experienced. Classes are always friendly, fun with the aim of making them feel perfect for you in that moment.

If you have your own yoga mat please bring it along. If you don’t have your own as yet you can borrow one free of charge!

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

This style of yoga synchronises asana (yoga poses) with the flow of the breath for a mindful yet dynamic practice. Kerrie brings together elements of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga so we get all of the calming benefits for the mind a moving meditation brings, while building strength and suppleness in the body.

Hatha Flow Yoga

This style of yoga synchronises gentle asana (yoga poses) with the flow of the breath for a mindful practice which poses are held for a little longer to build strength and suppleness in the mind and body. This class is perfect for those managing injuries or those just wanted to take things a little easier.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga and Mini Yoga Nidra

This style of yoga synchronises asana (yoga poses) with the flow of the breath for a mindful yet dynamic practice. Kerrie brings together elements of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga so we get all of the calming benefits for the mind a moving meditation brings, while building strength and suppleness in the body. The practice ends with a 15 minute Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep where you lie down and are guided through a meditation. Lavender eye pillows provided!
